    The link you have provided.. I have created a support ticket already... with all the required details.. The o ly thing is when will the support technical staff reply back? AND THANK YOU FOR THE HELP Rotblitz..

    The problem is that I have rebooted the router and the model no is Jwnr2010v5 which doesnot support Nighthawk application.. In such a situation what should i Do? I have raised a submit request as per the instructions provided in the link. Please help me through this..!! Thankyou Rotblitz..!!

    I have exactly the same issue with my Netgear Nighthawk D7000 v2 router. I cannot login in to parental controls from the router,s LPC  tab . When I click the link it opens Netgear web-page asking me to download genie app. I previously used other Netgear router and this link used to get me a page to sign in to my OpenDns account. I have already lodged my complaint with all the details  but haven't got any response as yet. Very disappointing.

    My new router is not showing on my OpenDns account .

    I said it above already, you will have to wait for OpenDNS to respond to your ticket.  We other users cannot help with such an account specific problem, because we cannot check your account as we are in the same position like you.
