    What prevents you from enabling logs and stats?

    the problem is that if I enable the flag on the second network, this does not remain enabled. I don't have a SAVE button

    Weird. Open a support ticket, link ”Submit a request” above.

    I checked again on my side, and it seems to be a browser problem.  Try to use a different browser.

    Fixed, using chrome, the APPLY key appeared.
