    What exact service are you using?  OpenDNS Home, Umbrella, or what?

    I do not have this problem with OpenDNS Home.  Best is to open a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above.

    For downloading all entries for a day (OpenDNS Home) you use the fetchstats tool.

    I'm using OpenDNS stats within the Dashboard.

    Took a look at Fetchstats which is definitely of interest but don't entirely understand how I go about using it... I could not find a "download" option - simply a page displaying the script. Am I supposed to copy the text to a text file and save it with an .exe extension?

    OK, made progress (read the Read Me - as advised!). Copied into a file and saved with a VBS extension (calling it: OpenDNSFetchstats.vbs)

    Just getting stuck on how to "RUN" the file. If I double-click on the file I get an error message. If I enter the file name into the RUN command it says "Cannot find OpenDNSFetchstats.vbs".

    The usage is explained in the file itself. Please read the “Usage:”. If you have further problems, read the thread I linked to in my first comment. There is no question in the world which hasn’t been answered there. I will not respond to questions already answered there.
