Why OpenDNS is not block VPN? Please HELP!

I wonder how the kids bypass OpenDNS and I figure out that they use VPN to bypass OpenDNS.

Is there any secret or settings to block VPN?

Please help me.

  OpenDNS does not block VPN connections unless these are DNS based, but vice versa, VPN usage blocks OpenDNS.

  There are no secret settings but well known official settings to block VPN connections: with firewall rules.
  You search the internet for blocking methods of the specific VPN service being used.
