Unable to login Netgear Genie Live Parental Controls

I see your below comment on other subject. Can you explain them further as I think they are related ?
"Are you talking about Live Parental Controls (LPC) where the dashboard is at https://netgear.opendns.com/, or are you talking about OpenDNS Home where the dashboard is at https://dashboard.opendns.com/ ? These are two different and incompatible services. You cannot use them at the same time."
Also,How can I check if I am now using them at the same time and which one should I disconnect and how to do that ? Kind of confused and thanks for your help in advance.

Thanks for your return. I am prepared not to use the OpenDNS Home and have removed the IP address from the dashboard. Is it sufficient or I need to delete the account ? By the way, not sure if you have any idea when the support team will come back me as I still do not hear from them after raising the ticket ? Thank you.

If you decided to use LPC with its dashboard https://netgear.opendns.com/, then it is sufficient to remove the network from https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/, and also to not run the OpenDNS Updater and to not have configured the OpenDNS resolver addresses manually on the router. For LPC you strictly follow the instructions at https://kb.netgear.com/25687/
No idea how long it takes to respond to your ticket. My tickets were responded to almost within 72 hours on business days.

Thanks. My current LPC status is that it does not come up an option for me to choose the level of protection (none, low, moderate, high...) Further, the earlier mentioned problem remains where the parental controls page keeps coming back after I input my username and the password. Any help whilst awaiting my ticket response ?
