No device associated with Open DNS

Hello!

I have a Netgear R6700v2. I infrequently log in to OpenDNS for parental control... except now there is no device associated with the OpenDNS account (where'd it go?!). No equipment change occurred, so I am confused... is this an OpenDNS issue or Netgear?

  Are you talking about Live Parental Controls (LPC) where the dashboard is at https://netgear.opendns.com/, or are you talking about OpenDNS Home where the dashboard is at https://dashboard.opendns.com/ ?  These are two different and incompatible services.  You cannot use them at the same time.
