hello there,

i have a netgear nighthawk R700 wifi router.

i have done a factory reset, disabled parental controls, but still unable to connect to:

https://www.student-finance.service.gov.uk/

i have deleted everything in black/white list - nothing

and enabled this to whitelist and nothing.

 

can you guys help

  Not sure why you post this in the OpenDNS forum.

  When I try to visit this site, I am redirected to another site, and I get this message:

  

  Does this help?

  It seems you can safely undo what you have done else to your router and other configuration with whitelists and blacklists and stuff...
