The first step to use OpenDNS is to configure their resolver addresses. Did you do this?

And you register your one public IP address at the dashboard. Private IP addresses like 192.168.*.* are irrelevant on the internet. They are not visible outside your LAN.

Yes, I have configured my router with their primary and secondary DNSs IP addresses.

I am trying to figure out what my router's IP address on the internet is?

This is clearly displayed at the dashboard.

all fixed, the IP address I see is for the router not my PC. I was not verified because I entered a CIDR range, which I should not have.

    thanks
