Here's the story: I originally purchased a Prosumer licenses without realizing that it only included the Umbrella client and not DNS coverage. I then added VIP to my account which booted me from the Umbrella dashboard to the OpenDNS dashboard. So I have an annually renewing Prosumer licenses that I can't use and I can't get to the portal to cancel it. I then looked at cancelling VIP to see if it would put me back into Umbrella dashboard but there's no option to cancel VIP in the OpenDNS portal (I followed the FAQ instructions, the link in the article doesn't exist in my dashboard).
So I opened a ticket with OpenDNS support. 2 months ago. No response.
So I figured out a way into the Umbrella support portal. I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago. No response.
I sent an email to email@example.com and guess what, it opened another ticket.
Is there anyway to get support for purchased products? I know this is a community support board but I don't really know how else to get support. I am currently evaluating Umbrella Security Advantage with an MSP but I'm starting to seriously rethink that.
