How to set up DNS-O-MATIC for Cloudflare
There is an article here that attempts to explain this but it may be out of date?
In the comments section, it says you can "You can do this more easily, use @ as the hostname in both cloudflare and dns-o-matic"
Does this mean where "dynamic" was used in the above post, use the "@" sign instead?
What does the @ sign do here? I have seen it used and would like to understand it more.
Thanks!

Thanks! I have this on cloudflare (followed the first thread above). I think I get the dynamic "tag". But if I wanted to use @, what would I do? Thank you!
Type Name Content A
dynamic <WAN IP> CNAME
mydomain.com dynamic.mydomain.com CNAME
ombi dynamic.mydomain.com CNAME
www dynamic.mydomain.com -
This thread is very close to what I am trying to do....

You don't use @. You could use @ as a replacement for "mydomain.com" in the first CNAME record, but why should you? Simply go ahead! What are you missing? What does not work?
Btw, the domain name for exemplary use is example.com/org/net. The domain mydomain.com is real and being used. Don't use it as example!
