Parental Controls

If I may ask, what kind of router do you have?

OpenDNS parental controls are generic.  You have the option of creating time blocks, whitelisting (allowing) and blacklisting (blocking) specific websites, as well as use bypass accounts.  However, you don't have the option of individually blocking/allowing devices at a specific time. I'm using a Netgear C7100V (DOCSIS 3.0) router.

I bought Circle device (with HomePlus parental controls); however, the device slowed my Internet connection to a standstill.  One of my kids decided to bypass Circle device -- he simply unplugged it.

I'm checking a Netgear router with Circle Disney, but my router options are limited because I need a voice modem.
