Can we have a Dynamic ip updater to run on IOS phone or even better an app

  It is sub-optimal to run an updater on a roaming device.  It can update your OpenDNS dashboard network with wrong IP addresses which you don't want, as it removes protection from your home network.

  No matter what, why don't you simply download one of the updater apps available on the App Store? 
  For example: RealDNS - Dynamic DNS
