Prosumer Feature Set
I have Prosumer, and Im confused on the feature-set. It implies on https://www.opendns.com/home-internet-security/ that Prosumer contains everything else that the others do, including the "Parental controls that protect every device in your home, instantly", however on my dashboard I cannot setup a network, only by installing the client software.
how comes I cannot protect a network with prosumer when the website implies you can?

I still don’t see anything with network coverage. And every device used with Prosumer (where you can use it) is instantly protected.
But yes, OpenDNS‘ statement could be clearer. Sad to hear that your expectations are not met. But I am a user like you, and I have been aware that Prosumer doesn’t come with network coverage. Never ever imply anything not explicitly mentioned.

I posted it and mentioned the "Parent Controls on Every device instantly" which refers to the Network element - or if it doesn't not sure what this refers to in the prosumer offering. This is also ticked on every other flavour of OpenDNS, and there is no similarity to the prosumer offering. The image is also posted above. As the Family Shield offering the only thing you can do to setup is to setup devices or router to DNS - this surely refers to the network element???
One of the main things is the protection from the malware and phishing domains. The client works well, but Chrome looks like it can only be done with an enterprise gsutie deployment - which is weird for the consumer offering.
Do you know if its possible to have Home VIP and Prosumer - assuming they would need to be two different accounts? Although VIP doesn't help with the malware and phishing domains according to the chart above.
To be honest I would happily pay for Umbrella, with the network, client, mobile and the proxy offering if it was possible to buy online - seems to be via a reseller which is a lot of effort and slow to setup. Do you know if its possible to buy Umbrella online directly??? I can signup for the trial but a form at the end says contact sales, and they don't get back to you.

This is on different dashboards. Prosumer is on the Umbrella dashboard, whereas VIP is on the OpenDNS dashboard. This may work with one account. I use OpenDNS Home and Premium DNS this way with one account. But I have a grandfathered account different in some ways from today’s accounts.
