You got confused. Netgear LPC does not come with a paid plan, and with OpenDNS VIP you cannot use Netgear LPC.

Your solution: disable Netgear LPC and use OpenDNS VIP which you paid for. Your dashboard is only at https://dashboard.opendns.com/

And yes, the support seems to be lousy recently.

Well, funny thing is that they say the exact contrary. After exchanging for a brief period with them,They confirmed I could use the Netgear LPC with that plan, but I could not use both mechanisms (coupled with Normal OpenDns services IP filtering) to deliver content filtering at the same time.

Last interaction was "support engineer" was to escalate so that Netgear LPC be the only service .... and never heard of them again since...

I quote one of their answer:

"The NETGEAR LPC service and the normal OpenDNS service use two different mechanisms to deliver content filtering to your network and are incompatible with each other. Therefore, you cannot use both services on the same network at the same time, as having a registered Netgear device as well as an IP address registered in your account will cause conflicts. You will need to choose which service you would prefer to use and request that we remove the other."

This last answer is correct and congruent with mine. So do what I said.

And I must revoke my last statement about their support.
