Is there a way to allow Facebook and What's Up been used when setting is on 'High' ?

Hi

 

I have set my setting on 'High' which includes no access to social media sites.  Is there a way I can allow just facebook and Whatsup to be used?  What exact domains do I have to put on the whitelist?

Also any idea if it's possible that if someone receives a video or image that is adult material on Whatsup, if setting is on 'High' it will stop that image / video been loaded or downloaded?

  The domains to whitelist can be found at https://dashboard.opendns.com/stats/all/blockeddomains

  OpenDNS can block only domains, not any other objects like videos, images or cars.
