I can not update google apps in my phone, after change and start the opendns, what happened?, i have a free account of opendns, and i setup in low configuratión block

  Check at https://dashboard.opendns.com/stats/all/blockeddomains if you have possibly domains blocked with your settings which are needed.  Then unblock or whitelist these domains.

  I just heard that notes-pa.googleapis.com is blocked as a phishing site.  You may need to add googleapis.com to your whitelist.

  I have also raised a ticket re notes-pa.googleapis.com is blocked as a phishing site.

  The ticket has been actioned, and notes-pa.googleapis.com is no longer blocked.

  I put notes-pa.googleapis.com in whitelist, but i can not update goolgle apps yet?, Why? , You can help me please?

  The way to go is still what I described above, investigating your blocked domain stats.  I cannot help you with this, because these are your stats, not mine.  I cannot access your stats.

  Also, you do not need to whitelist notes-pa.googleapis.com, because it isn't blocked by OpenDNS anymore, as I said already.
