I blocked it last night successfully. Today i checked it again and now the website is working fine. Why did it stop working? How can I keep this Communist China rubbish away from my home network?

  Two things to check why it doesn't work anymore:

  1. Are you still using OpenDNS at all?  http://welcome.opendns.com/
  2. Is your IP address correctly registered at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ ?

  You ensure that you're using OpenDNS and that your IP address is correctly registered at the dashboard.
