Filtering working, but not "always blocked" list

General filtering is working (porn, alcohol sites, etc), but my individual site blocking doesn't seem to be working. Trying to block instagram.com and tiktok.com.

  Weird, this 146.112.61.104 is the OpenDNS block page address, the others not. I do not understand where these come from. I ran out of ideas. Maybe a problem with your router.
