No response for ticket for days

    What help do you expect from us other users?

    I'm just asking how long it usually takes if you have an experience with it. Also, of there are another ways besides opening ticket,  how to contact support by phone for example. Any help would be appreciated.

    My experience is usually within 48 hours. Others reported 3 weeks. I‘m not aware of another support way unless you bought a premium support package.

    did you ever receive a response? I also paid for VIP, experienced issues and have been waiting two weeks with no reply. Pretty ridiculous.

    It took  a while, but eventually they responded after couple of weeks. I wouldn't expect this kind of support from Cisco payed service. I'm very disappointed.
