No response for ticket for days
Hello,
I have an open ticket #739529 and no response for several days now. I've paid VIP subscription and expect to use the service immediately, but now what I'm paying for is only ability to log in to dashboard.
How log usually takes OpenDNS support to response for support tickets? I'm not getting what I'm paying for and it starting to make me annoyed.
Please help.
