We're having the same issue, I just used the "Submit a request" at the top of the page to submit the following:

Our users are not able to access the www.fedramp.gov website. https://cachecheck.opendns.com/ is returning NO RESPONSE and doing a cache refresh does not help. This is confirmed to be an OpenDNS issue - when I use other DNS server such as Google, CloudFront and our ISP we can access the fedramp website.

Did you refresh the cache with CacheCheck? You open a ticket with the link “Submit a request” above.

This is just an OpenDNS issue:
    https://dnsblacklist.org/?domain=www.fedramp.gov

It is any domain with fedramp.gov as the TLD.

At 2:33 pm eastern time, OpenDNS support responded to my request and reported the issue was investigated and has been fixed. I confirmed that https://www.fedramp.gov is now accessible from our network.
