Can I block everything by default?

Does OpenDNS have an option to block everything by default? I couldn't find a way to set that.

I'm dealing with an elderly parent who has dementia and has been put on every scammer's contact list. These scammers constantly create new domains. Rather than taking the computer away, we were hoping to block all domains by default, and then add a few safe sites to the Allow List. Is this something OpenDNS can do?

  You need to subscribe to OpenDNS VIP which comes with whitelist-only mode what is exactly what you are looking for.
