Block Opera VPN

The Opera browser has a built in VPN that is bypassing all the filters. I thought that the Proxy/Anonymizer setting would help, but it doesn't. Opera itself doesn't seem to have the ability to disable the feature. Is there any solution other than to get rid of Opera?

  Try with blacklisting the following domains:

  api.surfeasy.com
  opera-proxy.net
  api.sec-tunnel.com
  sitecheck2.opera.com
  opera-mini.net
  exchange.opera.com
  features.opera-api.com
