cant add my ip address on home because i have it on prosumer help and for some reason cant open the dash board on prosumer after i got home

Ah, that explains everything! It has nothing to do with Prosumer. If you tried out Umbrella before, you must delete your network identity (with your IP address registered) at the Umbrella dashboard before you can add your network (and IP address) at the OpenDNS dashboard. IP addresses can be registered just once across all services, OpenDNS, Umbrella, etc.
Why can't you contact support? You click the link "Submit a request" on top of every page of either the OpenDNS forum or the Umbrella forum. You get a mail confirmation with the ticket number then and must wait for support to respond. And you can view your submitted tickets at any time while visiting https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/requests
