OpenDNS VIP 14 days of no response help ticket response
I paid for OpenDNS VIP. Set up my account. Input the websites/domains I wanted blocked. They are still fully accessible and available. Cleared caches and cookies. Still available. Put in a ticket 14 days ago. Put in another ticket via email 4 days after that. Have received ZERO response on either ticket, not even a note that they've been assigned. It's been TWO WEEKS. This is an absolute joke. I guess I just flushed my annual fee down the toilet, and based on this experience, I'm going to guess it's impossible to ever reach anyone to CANCEL your account either, so the whole thing feels like a giant scam.

I as user cannot comment on the ticket response time, but others reported it can take three weeks. You must remain patient. They will respond if you got a ticket number.
To investigate your problem further, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
