FamilyShield hostname
We are trying to set up a couple of Samsung Tab A devices for students to use as internet hotspots at home and want to set their DNS to the FamilyShield servers so they have some filtering. The devices, however, only seem to allow us to input a hostname and not the IP addresses that you provide. Any suggestions?

It doesn't look like you got the right place to configure DNS. A hostname for DNS does make sense only when using DoH (DNS over HTTPS). What OS do these devices have? Is it Android? If so, follow these instructions, but use the FamilyShield addresses instead:

No idea. As the KB article says, Android does not allow to configure DNS for cellular connections. There may be an app at Google Play though which may allow this. And DoH may still be an option, because you can enter a hostname.
Best idea is to ask the supplier for your tablet or in an Android forum. The users here in the forum may not be able to answer this. Or you open a support ticket to get help from staff, link "Submit a request" above.
