Netgear parental control

Just noticed my netgear router shows parental controls enabled even though I didn't enable it and no option to turn it off.

Following the sign-in link to open dns I'm told there's no netgear router listed under my profile. 

Anybody else had this problem with the Netgear idiots and fixed it? How can i turn it off if its not on?

I've always used open dns but set the ip addresses myself in the router. Does it matter any that it shows on? I only noticed because open dns was blocking some of my devices this morning and I was checking the router settings. That problem has fixed itself.
