Netgear D7800 live parent control is not working

Live Parental Controls is Enabled but not working. 

The filtering Level is on high.

Youtube/Facebook still works and other websites...

mine is Netgear D7800.  

Also, under security - block sites not working.

  Im having the same issue but for Netgear C7800. No filters are working.

  I thought mine wasn't working either.  Turns out you are probably trying to filter a device that is connected through a VPN.
