Thanks rotblitz. Yes, I'd already seen that thread which is why I knew about the 14 day window for logs. I'm trying to get OpenDNS support to explain how to upgrade to VIP to extend the logs they keep for me but cannot seem to get anyone to explain (I must be missing something in the interface because it's not obvious and cannot find it in the documentation.)

I'll have to take a another look at the malware FAQ. I'm not sure the best way to track down specifically what's happening until and unless I get the logs extended and have more info. I appreciate the pointer though.

Any thoughts on the "FILE NOT FOUND" issue when going to the dashboard? That just seems like a plain old bug to me.

OpenDNS VIP comes with one year of stats storage.

No idea about “file not found”.

I Have the same problem, since September 8th, Maybe the "malware " is a malfunction update in windows 10 (KB4574727) Release in the same date, Because some antivirus are reading this update like malware, (Example BitDefender) I have COMODO and I can´t install this update based in the same problem.

I think this is a malfunction of the dashboard. I also see two entries without the option to see them in the stats or to delete them. And the entries are definitely older than 14 days. You may open a support ticket.

This seems to be a bug.  I have raised a ticket, and I have been informed that the engineering team is working on it.
