Purchased Prosumer and Home VIP, can't access Home VIP features
Hi All,
I purchased the Prosumer package without realizing the Home VIP DNS features were not inclusive. I went back and purchased the Home VIP package. Now when I login, I only see the Prosumer feature set, but I am missing the "Network" section. I've got two tickets open but there has been no response in almost a week; I don't know who else to contact to get this resolved. I would be happy enough just getting my money back for the Prosumer package and gain access to the Home VIP features. Does anyone know how I can get this resolved?

Hey rotblitz, thanks very much for that! I got the receipt from my purchase but there was no further communication on where to login. Until yesterday, when I clicked on the login button on the OpenDNS.com site, I was getting forwarded into the Umbrella portal, not the OpenDNS portal.

Yes, I can access both. I think once I went to dashboard.opendns.com, my OpenDNS dash was available. Now when I got to OpenDNS and click login, I get the OpenDNS dash, Umbrella/login, I get the Umbrella Dash. What added confusion for me is that I sat through a demo of the enterprise Umbrella solution for work, so I was expecting both agent-based and DNS-based solutions to be in the same place.
