Homepage alerts Malware/Botnet Activity Detected Last 14 Days - but stats show no domains blocked due to malware...
I've been using OpenDNS for about a week now. When I log in now it says "Malware/Botnet Activity Detected Last 14 Days"
I have stats/logs enabled, and can see a very long list of all domains, and a shorter list of blocked domains, but when I try to filter on "only requests that were blocked as malware" it says "Oops! We don't have any data for you. Try searching a larger range or go surf the net to generate some data." I'm searching with the full 14 day range, even though I haven't been using it that long, I've also tried the exact date range during which I've been using it as well as each individual day with the same result.
Any ideas on whether this is just an errant message or if there's actually an issue I need to worry about?

You are not alone.

@bluyndrdrms I have the same issue and have been waiting for an answer from support for over a month, which is not unusual for support response time, even when you're a paid user. My first request simply disappeared with no answer from support at all. I then had to contact them a second time to ask where my first request disappeared to - which they didn't answer. Instead they answered the first request with the default reply of "we're working on it".
So, good luck on getting an answer. I waited for over 6 months for them to answer a support request last year and when they finally contacted me this summer wanting to know if I was still having the problem, I had forgotten the details. I don't think I've ever had this bad of customer service from any online business I've patronized and I've been online over 25 years. The service of the system, itself, is pretty good, but their customer service is horrible.
