This seems to be a bug.  I have raised a ticket, and I have been informed that the engineering team is working on it.

@bluyndrdrms I have the same issue and have been waiting for an answer from support for over a month, which is not unusual for support response time, even when you're a paid user. My first request simply disappeared with no answer from support at all. I then had to contact them a second time to ask where my first request disappeared to - which they didn't answer. Instead they answered the first request with the default reply of "we're working on it".

So, good luck on getting an answer. I waited for over 6 months for them to answer a support request last year and when they finally contacted me this summer wanting to know if I was still having the problem, I had forgotten the details. I don't think I've ever had this bad of customer service from any online business I've patronized and I've been online over 25 years. The service of the system, itself, is pretty good, but their customer service is horrible.

So different can a service be. I raised a ticket today and got it solved and answered within 20 minutes. However, it was a very simple task, no technical issue.

Today I got this message from support:
“Our development team have pushed out a fix for this issue. The malware alert on the homepage was a false positive.”
