how long does the opendns support team to look into my ticket?

i opened a ticket and waiting for any response.

how to ask them to look into it?

it is regarding opendns integration with netgear router. it seems the only way is for them to manually fix it.

  I have heard that it can take up to three weeks. There is no way forcing them to look into it.

  Btw, we other users cannot view your ticket. Your link to it is good for nothing.
