i opened a ticket and waiting for any response. how to ask them to look into it?

getting this error when trying to register for parental control on the router in routerlogin.net

my device seems to be registered to another OpenDNS user. How can i adjust this so can enter the parental settings?

 it seems the only way is for them to manually fix it.
