    I signed in to try again.  The domain I attempted to delete is now gone.  There must have been some issue with refresh/delay.  Thank you.

    Actually rotbliz your "solution" did not fix the other users issue either.  So same incorrect answer, same ineffective result.

    My issue also appears to be the refresh/delay issue that the Support group has not yet addressed.

    I understood that the problem was recognized as being related to refresh/delay, i.e. probably a caching issue with the web browser.  Now you say that the issue is not solved, so the problem may be on their servers.  Fine.  We are all users here without the power of the OpenDNS support team.  If you have raised a support ticket, then all is good.

    Still, it remains: same problem - same solution, whatever solution will come up for it.

    This refresh problem is only gertting worse - the time lags after making updates is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

    Who monitors support for this service???

    In Live Parental Controls I am unable to Add/Delete/Modify time blocks.  Earlier this week I noticed significant delays after changes.  Today, I can't get it to make any change.  Even after clearing my MS Edge cache and trying IE.

    Follow-up: the server updates but takes many minutes to update.  And it will process the entire stack of updates you previously did in order so what you end up with might be a surprise.

    Until this significant delay is resolved, make your change and come back in about an hour and hope what you want is there.

    I'm having the same issue. Is there any updates on how to solve? I tried many different browsers, deleting cookies etc and nothing. Please help!
