Unable to Delete from Block List/Allow List
I am unable to delete domains from my Block List/Allow List.
From my Netgear OpenDNS account page (e.g. https://netgear.opendns.com/account.php?view=info-bwlist&device_id=) if I navigate to Parental Controls > Account Settings > Block List/Allow List, I check the box next to the domain I wish to remove, and then click the "Delete" button, the domain is NOT removed.
Is there an alternate method for deleting domains from these lists? Or possibly a way to reset my Netgear OpenDNS account settings to default?

I understood that the problem was recognized as being related to refresh/delay, i.e. probably a caching issue with the web browser. Now you say that the issue is not solved, so the problem may be on their servers. Fine. We are all users here without the power of the OpenDNS support team. If you have raised a support ticket, then all is good.
Still, it remains: same problem - same solution, whatever solution will come up for it.

Follow-up: the server updates but takes many minutes to update. And it will process the entire stack of updates you previously did in order so what you end up with might be a surprise.
Until this significant delay is resolved, make your change and come back in about an hour and hope what you want is there.
