Yes, this question has been asked several thousands of times, and I apologize.

What instructions did you follow to configure an OpenDNS service?  I.e. where did you configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses, and what addresses did you use?

Do you use OpenDNS at all now?  http://welcome.opendns.com/
If not, then your dashboad settings cannot take effect, of course.

    Hi rotblitz,

I think I am able to block website now. However it only works on my desktop where I have it connect to my router via CAT cable. On my laptop with wireless, OpenDNS shows a different IP address than my laptop and I am still able to connect to the blocked website.

    Any hint?

    Thanks.

Is your wireless laptop connected to the same router as your wired desktop?  Has this router dual-WAN, or how does it come that you have two IP addresses assigned by your ISP?  Or is the other IP address an IPv6 address?

If you really have two IPv4 addresses, then you need also two dashboard networks, one for each IPv4 address.  Your IPv4 address is being used to associate your DNS queries with your dashboard.  IPv6 addresses cannot be registered yet.
