Upgrade / cancel the purchase

    If there is no cancel option at your dashboad, then you open a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above.  If you have done so, you must remain patient.

    And yes, Prosumer does not include network coverage.  The next higher service with network coverage on the same kind of dashboard would be the enterprise service Umbrella.
    You need to contact Sales.

    Alternatively, if you are a home user, subscribe to the free OpenDNS Home service.
