Upgrade / cancel the purchase
Hi,
I recently completed the trial and purchased the prosumer subscription.
However, i now realized that i cant configure network in the prosumer solution.
I have written to support, but they are not responding even after 3 days.
Whats the recommended path here ? is there an upgrade opportunity ? where i can get to the next higher level subscription and get the network configuration feature ?
Or, can i cancel this purchase and go for a new / fresh purchase of the right variant ? Whats the right path to go forward ? and how to go about it ? the support team is too slow (no response in 3 days ). Not sure if i want to wait for them.

If there is no cancel option at your dashboad, then you open a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above. If you have done so, you must remain patient.
And yes, Prosumer does not include network coverage. The next higher service with network coverage on the same kind of dashboard would be the enterprise service Umbrella.
