Can't save time-block

I'm trying to set up a time block with customer blockers but there's no 'save' button.  If I just exit, it goes to default of no blockers.

  I have the same problem, when attempting to set up a new time block it does not save! I have to do it about 5 times then it will save and then two more times to customize it. I thought it was just me.
