Moderate Protection Filtering Not Working
Long-time OpenDNS Home and Netgear Parental Control User with very few problems.
Recently had my router updated to Smart/RG SR400ac by ISP, so no longer have Netgear router.
Appears this means Parental Controls via Genie App no longer works and have to go back to OpenDNS Dashboard for controls.
I deleted old IP and added new one from Smart/RG router on OpenDNS dashboard so the new IP is the only one linked to OpenDNS as far as I know. I added the OpenDNS nameservers as custom DNS servers on the new router and re-booted it. After doing this none of the tests work. When I navigate to https://welcome.opendns.com I get the oops page that says I’m not using OpenDNS yet. When I navigate to internetbadguys.com or exampleadultsite.com I get the demonstration site.
I don’t understand how this is happening because the OpenDNS dashboard (as well as the Old Netgear portal) show that I have Moderate settings selected.
Troubleshooting help is appreciated. I am not a techie by any means. But can follow directions.

Those 3 addresses are the 3 that were used to set up the router when the technician from teh ISP was here. I added the openDNS routes as custom addresses. The router placed those addresses in the 1st and 2nd spot which I assumed had somethign to do with priority. I assumed that meant that I could leave the other addresses in slots 3-5.
Am I correct in understanding that your instruction is to move them completely?
Should I expect any disruption with my ISP by doing so?
Sorry if this is a basic question. I just want to make sure I'm not doing something I can't go back and fix if it doesn't work.
