no response to tickets
Has anyone have had their tickets responded to recently? I submitted a ticket two weeks back and nothing has happened with it yet. Still at the open status and nothing else.
I am paying for this service and I was wondering if this is how it is for everyone? Any other way of contacting these people?

This shows that it can take 2 or 3 weeks before they respond. There is no other way of contacting "these people" unless you purchased a support package from them.
On the other hand it is worth to ask other users for help here in the forum. This is often the quickest way to get a solution.
