Instructions for Password protecting specific sites

Could someone point me to instructions for password protecting certain websites?  My son needs Youtube for certain school functions, but I want to be able prevent him from accessing it outside of school hours.

  Such a feature of password protection or scheduling is not included in the consumer versions of OpenDNS.  Only the corporate version Umbrella contains a block page bypass code feature, but also this does not come with scheduling.
