OpenDNS and ASUS AX-11000 Router

Open DNS is listed as the DNS Server in my router settings, and dnsleaktest.com says that Open DNS is being used.  My OpenDNS account also shows that it is being used.

However, when I go to welcome.opendns.com it says I am not using opendns yet.  I'm not sure what the next steps might be to get it working.

  In Chrome you must disable Lite mode and must disable or reconfigure secure DNS (DoH).

  I have the same issue and good results from DNS Leak test. I'm using Firefox. The welcome page says I'm not using Open DNS, and internetbadguys.com says it's a demonstration site instead of being blocked.

  I had the same issue... I had to update "secure DNS" settings in chrome and edge browsers. Looks like browsers getting more "secure" takes away from effectiveness of opendns.
