Open DNS not filtering iPhones connected to Wifi

I have OpenDNS set up.  My Macbook and iPad mini are both set up to filter correctly (I get the "check" when I visit welcome.opendns.com).  But the iPhones on our network are NOT being protected.  When I visit welcome.opendns.com from a phone, I get the red X "You aren't using OpenDNS Yet.). I've cleared my browsing data and tried restarting the phone, but it doesn't work.  Any thoughts on what I need to do to get the phones protected too?

  If you have configured OpenDNS on the router, then ensure that your phones use the same Wi-Fi connection as your other devices. If you have configured OpenDNS on the other devices, you must configure your phones too.
