    It seems you didn’t register your IP address at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/

    How do you register the IP address? It shows the public address at the top of the screen and it matches the IP address in my home network.

    I cannot read what is written where the IP address should appear, so cannot advise.

    I updated the image.

    Both of the IPv4 IP addresses in OpenDNS match what I see when I go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/

    Copy and paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here.

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
    nslookup www.exampleadultsite.com.
    nslookup whoami.akamai.net.

    What IP address is shown at http://diagnostic.opendns.com/myip ?

    You do not use OpenDNS, but

    Server: cdns1.cox.net
    Address: 2001:578:3f::30

    Configure your IPv6 settings with DNS server addresses from the following list:
    ::ffff:d043:dedc ::ffff:d043:dcde ::ffff:d043:dede ::ffff:d043:dcdc

    IPv6 doesn’t seem to work this way on your equipment. I suggest you disable IPv6 connectivity altogether.
