Then whitelist the domain where the CAPTCHA is hosted on.

Thanks for your quick response. Kindly tell me a step by step how to find the domain where the CAPTCHA is hosted on. I don't know how.

There are certainly instructions. But you must search the internet to find them. I cannot help, because I do not have any details.

Also, your blocked domain stats should contain the domain name in question.

Yes, I'm having the same problem, Recaptcha is obviously on a blocked domain, based on my settings.  But I've done internet searching and haven't found anything to indicate which specific domain Recaptcha uses or routes through.  The blocked domain stats don't include any domain using "Recaptcha" or anything similar.  The only connection that may be helpful is that Recaptcha is owned by Google, and I have www.google.com blocked in my settings (but not other google domains).  Unfortunately, if Recaptcha does route through the google.com domain and not a subdomain, the blocked domain stats won't help.

    "There are certainly instructions"
That seems to not be the case, since I've searched several times and can't find any.

"...you must search the internet to find them"

I have searched but find nothing helpful.  The first 2 pages of search results are addressed to adding Recaptcha to your website, which obviously isn't helpful to me.

Perhaps you could offer more specifics on these instructions you're referring to?

In my case, the blocked domain was recaptcha.net, which is blocked under "Business Services" (I think)

I added recaptcha.net and still nothing.  I'm like the rest of you haven't found any instructions, google.com is in the allowed list and this seems to be a subdomain that is pointed to a blocked domain yet doesn't give up the information to troubleshoot.  I even tried adding msftauthimages.net to the approved list but still not showing up.
