Anyone know what's happening to support at the moment?
I've got the following two support tickets submitted:
Apart from the automated replies I haven't had any response. Previous tickets have been answered within a day or two.
The question I'm seeking an answer to is...
How to change one static IP address to another static IP address?
We have changed internet service provider, so have a new static IP address.
I can't add the new address as a new network; I get the error "Network already exists." regardless of whether I select the default or existing network settings. I've tried "Enable dynamic IP update" under Advanced Settings but still see the same error.
I can't find any relevant articles on the website so far. They mainly seem related to dynamic IP addresses instead.
