No response to support tickets & How to change one static IP address to another static IP address?
Hi,
Anyone know what's happening to support at the moment?
I've got the following two support tickets submitted:
#797739 20/01/21
#798484 22/01/21
Apart from the automated replies I haven't had any response. Previous tickets have been answered within a day or two.
The question I'm seeking an answer to is...
How to change one static IP address to another static IP address?
We have changed internet service provider, so have a new static IP address.
I can't add the new address as a new network; I get the error "Network already exists." regardless of whether I select the default or existing network settings. I've tried "Enable dynamic IP update" under Advanced Settings but still see the same error.
I can't find any relevant articles on the website so far. They mainly seem related to dynamic IP addresses instead.
Thanks for any suggestions.

No news about support.
Your new IP address is still registered with another OpenDNS account. Try with multiple IP address updates via browser for the next time until your ticket has been actioned or the problem solved. This can help under certain circumstances.

Thanks for your comments. Can you explain a little more what you mean please? By "Try with multiple IP address updates via browser for the next time" do you mean use the link you put?
When I go that URL I see "https://updates.opendns.com is requesting your username and password. The site says: “RESTRICTED” "
I've tried with my OpenDNS credentials but it won't let me log in there. I can login to the OpenDNS dashboard though.
