Not Working Without Software
Dear OpenDNS, I have used your service several times since 2006 but am now unable to use it without software even though I changed the DNS accordingly on my modem via a web browser using an IP address. However, I am able to use it with the Android app called "DNS Changer". Helping me solve this mystery would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Sincerely Neil Popat
You cannot speak to OpenDNS staff here. You must open a support ticket.
Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
A simple test is to go to https://dnsleaktest.com/ and check whether you're able to connect the OpenDNS servers with the Standard test.
