    Your primary service seems to be associated with an OpenDNS service. Nothing is gone, all is still with your Umbrella account.

    Raise a support ticket, link “Submit a request” above to get it changed.

    Without changing anything on my end, or raising a support ticket its magically back. ?? Seems ok now, i have no idea what was changed then reverted.
