Allow users to remove their own domain tag submissions

I pasted a list of domains and unfortunately included a non-category domain by accident. I didn't notice it until I hit "submit". It seems there is currently no way to delete your own submission. 

Perhaps users who originally suggested the domain can be given an option be able to rescind it, at least before there are any votes.

  At least go vote "No" for it?

  I know it leaves it there, making people think it's suggested as an addition by you but, at least until i't's coded so you're able to remove it, it has one less vote.
