no internet access using opendns nameservers

Hi all, Bit of a strange issue just installed kea DHCP for my home network, when I try to use the opendns nameservers for my DHCP pool when my devices get a new lease, it looks good I can see the opendns servers and it's got a lease ok but, I get a warning there's no internet and sure enough I can't browse anything it's like I have a typo in the IP but I copied them directly and have double checked them. As a test I swapped to Google DNS on the lease which works fine, so it seems it's something with kea and opendns but no idea what sure it's just IP's and shouldn't really matter. Anyway I'm stumped no idea how to even start troubleshooting this nameservers ping ok, advice or suggestions?

PS I tried setting a static address on my Android 10 phone and it wouldn't allow me to save the config with opendns DNS servers set
